1. Prices & VAT

All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and include 5% VAT where applicable. The price shown at the counter, on the menu, or at checkout is the final price you pay.

2. Freshness

Our coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Every bag carries its roast date. As a perishable foodstuff, opened coffee cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Defective or non-conforming goods will be exchanged, repaired, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman. Please keep your receipt and contact us within a reasonable time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Local delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any issue promptly.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
